GSA Social Hour in Los Angeles
At the previous meeting of the Gerontological Society of America in November, Division 20 sponsored a social hour. The purpose of the event was for students belonging to, and interested in Division 20, to meet with faculty involved, including those on the executive committee of the division. The event was highly successful in turnout and many graduate students became new members of Division 20. For those whom did not get a chance to attend the social hour and would like to become student members of Division 20, please contact Karen Hooker , Director, Program of Gerontology, Bates Hall 219, Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR 97331-5102, E-Mail HOOKERK@UCS.ORST.EDU. As always, the student membership fee is waived for the first year, so don't turn down this FREE opportunity to participate.
